Dear Residents, Spring is finally here!
We hope that every one of you had a wonderful holiday season! Thank you for your wonderful donations to the Toys for Tots & Harvesters food drive. We would also like to thank everyone who participated in the balcony/patio contest and say ‘Congratulations’ to the winners!
As we head into Spring we will once again be making improvements to the community throughout the year. Here is a sample of some of the community projects scheduled for 2007:
• Continuation of exterior painting
• Roof replacement on several buildings
• Sidewalk repairs
• Tuck pointing throughout the property
• Parking lot repairs/striping
• Fence staining and repairs
• Gutter replacement throughout the property
We look forward to another wonderful year with our residents!

Maintenance Corner
Have you ever been locked out of you apartment? Well, don’t worry. Georgetown Apartments has a 24-hour lockout service. All you have to do is contact the office during business hours, or dial 314-726-9804 after hours. Please be prepared to show identification and to pay a small fee.

Spring Cleaning
It’s that time of year when we all want to spruce things up and clean out. Please make sure you have taken down your holiday decorations. It’s easy to want to throw things away or shove them in a closet, but please be sure not to dispose of items on your patio or balcony. Please take the extra time to put things in their places and not on your patios or balconies.
Rent Reminder
As we all know, rent is due on the 1st of every month. As a reminder, a late fee is charged if rent is not received by the 5th of the month. Rental payments can be made by dropping them off at the office any time or made on line with a credit or debit card at rentpayment.com. There is a night deposit box available outside the front door when the office is closed. Please be sure to put your full address on your check so it is credited towards the correct account. If you are having a 3rd party pay your rent please ask them to do so with a money order unless their name is listed on the lease agreement. Also please note, envelopes are not needed when making your payment.
